These two forms are to be used to input information relevant to the President and Secretary of each club. The District form is used for all District positions. When using the forms please note the following:

• The information is for the year 2012 -2013
• The information will be used in the production of the District Directory so please ensure the information is accurate
• The information will also be used in establishing the generic emails that are used in our district - in Ken Kelly's year these emails will be prefixed with 1213 ( 2012 -2013)
• The screens can also be used to amend any information during the course of the year - in this case please ensure that all information is input.
• At change over time it is important to complete this form even if your position and details have not changed
• When inputting data a verification code is required - please note that this is case sensitive !!
